WE SERVE,
We Rallye
Annual Tourist
rally
Our annual rally is usually held at the end of the summer to take advantage of the good weather, usually on the 3rd Saturday in September.
The last tourist rally was organised this year exceptionally in April 2022.
It was a great success; 38 cars went for a ride "On the road through the Müllerthal and the Luxembourg Moselle".
The 2 previous editions allowed us to discover the Belgian Gaume and the French Lorraine.
The 2018 "Tales and the Semois Valley" rally started in Buzenol in Belgium, then entered France at Torgny, the southernmost village in Belgium, skirted the medieval castle of Montmédy, and after a stop for a barbecue on the small departmental roads of the Meuse, spun off to the Abbey of Orval, next to Florenville in Belgium for the evening meal.
The 2019 edition, on the other hand, had set off from Montmédy to tour French Lorraine on the theme "On the trail of Martin". We ended up in a nice restaurant near Longwy.
How does our rally work?
Of course, the rally is not a car race: on the 95 kms of the route, you have plenty of time to stop, take photos and answer the questions you are asked. You must always remain 'zen', even if you get lost... and read the instructions in the road book and the questions before starting.
Otherwise, it is too late and you may miss things.
There is no time limit, the rules of the road must always be respected, but it is imperative to present yourself at the checkpoints and tests, otherwise you will lose precious points.
To find the answers to the questions, it's easy: just stop, get out of your car and read the directions carefully. And you can also ask locals or friends for help!
The next "We Serve, We Rally" will take place in 2023.
The destination is not yet known, but we are preparing!
